All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

We try and ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us prior to processing your order. Where an item's correct price is higher than the price stated on your order we will contact you to let you know the correct price and give you the opportunity of canceling before we dispatch the goods.

All sizes and measurements are approximate.

Please note that all amounts are deducted in either US Dollars or HK Dollars.

Transactions will show on your credit card statement as PIXELIUM from Paypal.

Please note that although you may be asked for your postage method at the payout. In addition, any international items with a fixed postage cost will be shipped via surface mail.

Shipping And Handling

Delivery Schedule The order is processed within 5 business days and is normally despatched within 2 business days.

For overseas orders please allow up to 60 business days for delivery.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

There is NO VAT/GST charges in Hong Kong.

After selecting the item you wish to buy and shipping method, the payment process will be handled by Paypal.

Pixelium Company does not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfil customer orders

c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns Policy Returns Procedures and Refunds

Faulty Items

Please return faulty goods to our postal address.

In the case of all returned items it is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe delivery to ourselves. We recommend an insured postal service is used. The cost of returning all items is the customers' responsibility except where a fault is discovered within 30 business days (air mail) / 60 business days (surface mail) of purchase. In this case we will arrange delivery at our cost.

Please contact us for a RMA code (Return Merchandise Authorisation Code).

If a faulty item is returned without a returns number we will not be liable for any costs you incurred in returning it to us. Where items returned are subsequently found NOT to be faulty, the customer will be liable for all costs.


If goods are found to have been damaged in transit then they may be returned and a replacement, if requested and if available, will be despatched. If no replacement is available then monies will be refunded in full. Pixelium must be informed within 7 days of receipt by e-mail with confirmation in writing thereafter. It is in your own interests to check the delivery immediately and notify Pixelium of any problems.

Non Delivery

Claims for missing items or the non delivery of complete orders must be made within 30 business days (air mail) / 60 business days (surface mail) of the despatch date. Therefore claims for non delivery after 30 business days (air mail) / 60 business days (surface mail) from the date of despatch have elapsed cannot be accepted. Any customers who have selected surface mail as their delivery option please email us for further information.
